Jasper chipset 360-Any quieter running?

Hi All.Have any of you guys who now own a Jasper chipset 360 found it any quieter running than previous models such as Falcon?

Why not just install the game. They'll all be quiet enough then.

It's the DVD drive that makes all the noise.

I have a Jasper on one of my 360's and its not a big difference in noise, i did rebuild my 360 light fans and bit more.

Ido install my games on my Elite which i believe must have Falcon chipset,though i only bought it 2 weeks ago.And yep,i realise that it's the dvd drive that makes most of the noise.I just wondered if there was any great overall noise difference between older 360s and the new Jasper chipset ones?

I'm in the same boat as you, have an elite falcon and its loud as anything when running from disc. Was thinking of going and getting one of the red 360's with the jasper chipset.. It would be cool to know if they have made them any quieter.. oddly enough I have founf that GRID is the loudest game I have it make the DVD drive hum really loud.
