I need help with billing asap!

When I got my Xbox one I lived in Canada and I had $100 on my account with a gift card I got for my birthday. When I moved to America (last week) I changed my address and country on my console. So just now I went to buy a game off the store and my money isn't there.. Help asap would be very much appreciated :)

I don't think you'll get much help here. How about their customer service?

Did you create a new Xbox Live account, or did you just change your billing information?

Yeah I think best thing to do is ring Support... pretty urgent issue.
