How do you delete a gamer profile on xbox 360?

The same as deleting a saved game.

Go to memory on the dashboard.

Scroll down to Gamer Profiles.

Enter gamer profiles list and then select the profile you want.

After you have the profile you want scroll down to delete.

Presto! Gamer Profile deleted.
