If you had a choice of getting Halo 3 sooner, or getting the best quality and game ever made, I would choose the obvious one.
What idiot would choose to get it sooner, and rather a game they stuffed up like Halo 2 becuase they crumpled under pressure of the public, and they even said they stuffed up with it, so you cant badger me about that.
Yeah I'd rather them take their time on this one, because this is going to finish up the series and I don't want any "we ran out of time" cliff hangers going on. Something that was just terribly apparent in the making of dvd for the last one and the way in which the second one ended.
The date is an estimate. For me I hope they hold it back until its truly finished. Many of the great titles we see today are because of that extension that was needed ie. Oblivion, Gears of War. Even when bungie posts a date, i would be very surprised to see it come out on time. This is the biggest game to hit the 360 and they can't afford to screw it up. Though they better still have coop offline and splitscreen, IGN posted thoughts that they may not include split or coop, that would be quite a risky and stupid move on their part if its true.
sorry all of you. i know, halo 2 was rushed. i just want a great game in a decent time frame. november does seem like a long way off but i would really like them to make a worst case scenario on when it would be out. i would actually feel comfortable with a few months after that to get a cleaner game with more features. actually sporta sick of talkin about it. oh well, sorry!
