I just went to EB and purchased Halo 1 and 2 plus another game all for $55. Halo 2 has scratches on it, and im concerned it wont play. Are the xbox discs good with scratches like the ps2 ones were? And what live downloads do i need to play online, it says i need certain maps to play online...BTW im using my xbox 360
If it doesnt work just take it to a game crazy X (They are in hollywood videos) and they buff the disks for $2 each or 3 for $5. I dont think you need any maps to play it but you may need to update your 360 via XBL for the backwards compatibility.
It all depends on how badly it's scratched. Mine scratched, and i couldn't play for a while. For some reason when i got my 360 it started to work.. All you have to do is go to downloadable content, and download all 3 map packs..
