Forza Horizon 2 framerate looks so bad....

Watching every single video of the game it just doesn't run smoothly enough for a fast paced racing game. You can watch any footage of Forza 5 and it looks really smooth and nice, but Horizon just looks like one step above slide show.

They need to allow the option to run the game at 60FPS, 30 just isn't playable for a racing game, even on the N64 Nintendo got 60FPS for F-Zero, 30 just doesn't work at all.

I would rather have worse graphics and a higher framerate, it should be gameplay over graphics.

I haven't noticed this issue, and futhermore it runs at the same framerate as the first game so it won't be a problem for me as it never was in the first game. Of course I would prefer if it was 60fps, but for an open world game like that I'm fine with 30 fps. The option to toggle 30 fps vs 60 fps would be good, but it is not as simple as that as they would probably need to scale back other effects with 60 fps, I would rather they use that time to polish the game.
