has any one else not gotten achievements they earned in fear? the second time i played through the campaign i should have gotten the no juice, real time, and fearless achievements but instead i got the exterminator one. i didnt get any my first time playing through, but i am pretty sure i should have gotten exterminator then and that i left some enemies alive the second time. i did shut off the xbox twice when i died during my second play through in an effort to get the survivalist achievement, maybe that had an effect on the other achievements... i'm just gonna play through a third time and hope that i get the achievements i earned in the second time. (and yes i waited through the credits both times)
