Well I saw that some people were wondering why there was only little kids at Little Lamplight in Fallout 3. The answer to this is that there used to be adults in Little Lamplight, but people were disappearing so the adults went out to find what happened to these people.. and never came back. So from then on Little Lamplight only let KIDS in Little Lamplight. They have to leave when they're 18 to move on to Big Town. You can only get in Little Lamplight if your on a certain quest (can't remember which one), but however you can also get in if you have the Child At Heart perk. The only thing that I found useful there was Biwwy with his Wazer Wifle.
you can talk to the mayor kid (i forgot his name) and you can but some fungus from him to reduce your radiation. also little lamplight is important to get to Vault 87 in the Quest to find the GECK (i think it was Finding the GECK )
