So about a week ago i bought gta 4 from gamefly for $40, at the time i was like great deal. About 8 days after they still did not send me the game, they said it is ship but i did not receive it. Now when i rent game they get to my house in 3 days, I sent them an email to ask them and i am still waiting for the answer. Well what i am asking here is did any of you bought a game from them and never receive it and what did they do, send you another copy of the game or give you store credit or something(sorry english is my second language) thank for the answer.

Every once in a while things do get lost in the mail, though. It's quite possible that happened. They should be able to track the order if you contact their customer support.

alright thanks they just replied to me and they lost the game so they will give me a refund. I guess i will go pick it up at the store tomrrow thank for the help
Gamefly does sometimes lose games they send and sometimes say they will send it and flat out dont till you email/call them. Happens a lot when renting from there.
I usually only buy from them after renting to check the quality of the game, then around a week later then send the case.

Yeah, I bought like 4-5 games from them a while back. I don't remember how long it took but it wasn't excessive. All the games were great, with cases manuals and all.
They are a a pretty respected company, so I wouldn't worry to much about it. The only thing I was a little annoyed about was when I purchased a game from them and they didn't alert me that I had game fly dollars accumulated from signning up as a new member..Apparently new members recieve a free 5 bucks off a pre-owned game, yet they don't mention that anywhere when you sign up.
