Does anyone know if in SKyrim, you will be able to change your hair/beard?

In Oblivion, you couldnt which was pretty dumb. So does anyone know if you will in Skyrim?

By from what I can see its mostly going to have set facial hair, you can choose the type and color but I think that is going to be it.

according to this, yes, custom facial fluff. Not sure of the realiability of the article tho.
