I just checked out the world at war achievements at www.x360a.org. What are your thoughts on cod4 and world at war's achievements being limited to the campaign (waw has 3 co-op only achievements, and 2 secret achievements worth 0 points)? I know the multiplayer has ranks and levels and challenges, but I still think they should have integrate it into achievements.

I know what you mean, I wish that there was more as well. It got quite annoying when you take all the hard work of levelling up in COD4 and not getting achievements. Either they think that the current way of doing it in COD games is the best, or there is a reason for it or something...

Online achievments are stupid in my opinon.

You are immediatly no longer in control of whether you want to get 1000/1000G's, you must depend on whether Multiplayer lasts or not.

(Thats why I have to try and get all the Quantum of Solace multiplayer achievments asap before CoD:WaW and Gears 2 come out and Multiplayer dies, otherwise im bummed)

Exactly, people will also always just play for the achievements instead of playing for the actual objective of the gametype.
