Halo, since so many little kids play it. :P No seriously, I'd say Sonic All-Stars Racing. There really isn't good E rated games on the 360 when I think about it.
Sports games aside (fifa 10), I'd have to say the best one in my collection is probably Burnout Paradise. Still one of my favorite games on the xbox, the online was amazing when in it's prime.
