I was thinking of purchasing the 360 Arcade sometime in the near future, but I was wondering about the storage.

1) How is having only a 256mb memory card going to affect me?
2) What are the benefits of having the hard drive?
3) Does the 360 use laptop SATA like the PS3?

having the 246mb is useless man with that you cant reap all the benefits of live no game demos no movies and so on,the hard drive benefits are being able to store music pictures videos and plus u have a place to keep your downloads on live like downloadable contentand i cant answer number 3 cause im not very bright

Get a Pro you'll be missing lots of benefits such as DLC, Music and you don't have to worry about running out of space to save your games unless you cram your HDD full of DLC.
