I am surprised at the small cut in the Core. It will likely encourage people to bump up to the premium. This shows the strength of the 360 now. MS is banking on a great holiday.

It makes sense not to meet the Wii...

1. the Wii would just drop to $199 (they are making crazy cash anyway; they could afford it)
2. The 360holiday line up is stronger than wii (Don't call me a fanboy, cuz I play my Wii more than anything)
3. MS needs to make as much money as possible after that Warranty stuff (the smaller the cuts the better for MS)
