xbox 360 arcade system help

I just bought a xbox 360 arcade system and I looked through the package and didn't find a disc for the arcade games I thought you were supposed to get. I called the place where I got it from and they said their should be a voucher to download the games but I didn't find it. Do they new arcade systems not come with the free games any more?

If I'm not mistaken, you should get 5 XBLA games on a disc. When I bought my arcade, the disc came inside the same case as Sega Superstars Tennis (which was also bundled).ForsakenWicked
