Will you still get Mass Effect even though it takes up 6.74GB on your hard drive? I doubt i will since 20GB hard drives are usually only 12GB and 12GB - 6.74Gb = 5.26GB left.
If you want a link just ask.(I don't know if this is old news or not)

I won't be getting it cause the combat looks very boring.
Ick! why would it take up so much space? do you install the game on your hd or something? o.O
I dont get to open my 20gig system until xmas, but if it's really the case then i should go exchange it for an elite. Can you post the link? i would like to read it for myself. :)
I think someone made a joke topic. Seriously why in thehell would they make you have to download the game onto your hdd? If thats not a sales killer then I dont know what is.......
I didnt know it took that much lol. Ohwell, I have the Elite and I still have 104 gigs left so it wont be a problem.
I wouldnt even care if I still had the premium, itloos amazing so I would still be buying it.
as if any game wud take up that much space on a hard drive....wat is it doing installing the game onto it!
i cant see this as being true because they wudnt be able to sell the game to core owners.....
u dont have a link, its not true
soz but it just sounds like another kid trying to bring down the hype and ruin it for people!
Wait...you mean it takes 6.74GB to download the game from xbox live? not to save and stuff?

The game takes up 6.74 GB on a DVD disc. It will only take up a small amount of MBs. There's nothing to worry about, it will not take up much room on you Harddrive.
Sorry people I didn't realize my mistake, sorry for being noobish >_>
I'm not that great at understanding all these terms..:(
BTW, Thanks for clearing up that little scare for me! :) Now i can buy the game without worry XD

that article you linked says that the game takes up 6.74GB on the DVD, which doesn't mean you need to install 6.74 GBs worth of datato your HDrive.

It's an RPG, not a shooter. In RPGs you actually have to THINK, but most people don't have that ability and prefer crappy FPSs with barely a story and just want to KILL! KILL! KIIIILL!
And it doesn't take that much space

Honest mistake TC, it doesn't make you noobish at all. I can't wait for this game.
it was a mistake that's it, don't sweat it guy... but i was pretty scared when i read the first post, i don't think i have that much space left on my now damaged 360's hard-drive, thanks to the guys that cleared it though, just stop giving the guy a hard time, is not like you've never made mistakes of your own right.
"let he without Sin throw the first stone"
for those of of you that don't know... that means "don't throw the stones"
