No. Well, theoretically it's possible, but every game developer has to develop their games with the 20gb drive in mind, not the larger drive. So even if there was a way to take advantage of the increased drive space, no developer would be allowed to do it. This is what happens when you fracture your hardware and make multiple options available. Yea, it gives the consumer choice, but it also limits developers to working with the lowest common denominator.

Both the 120 GB and the 20 GB HDD are 7200 RPMs so they will be the same. Now with the bigger HDD the developers can Put more stuff to be loaded off the HDD, but it won't be any faster unless they are putting more then 13 GB on the HDDs (which is unlikely)

Developers really can't use that option as all 360 owners won't have an HDD. I think MS has stated to them to develop without the HDD in mind because of the Core package lacking the HDD.

The bigger hard drive = buy more tv shows and movies. Period.
