i thought it was the best really had a good story and i hate people say san andreas is better the main character is a gang banger i wanted someone to root for
San Andreas was a fun game but it had waaaaaay too many useless spot on the map. A big city is fun but doesn't mean it needs to be filled with unused spot. I could think of dozen of location in San andreas that would have been great for hiding easter eggs or even mission. I'm glad on how GTA IV ended. Sure it got cut on many stuff but its still an enjoyable game nonetheless despite being overated.
I honestly don't see why people say it's dissapointing, and a bad game in general.
I think its pretty fun. What do you think?

People say it's disappointing because, well, that's what they think. It's their opinion and they are entitled to it. There will always be people that like and dislike a game, it's nothing new.
Now there's Saint's Row for the people who don't want story and just want fluff and activities and GTA for people who actually want a cohesive story and actual plot lines that you have to play a part of

Well see, that's the thing. A few spots in the SR2 storyline actually hit me a little harder than GTAIV ever did. Niko's story was okay, but it wasn't overly interesting.
GTAIV is not a bad game at all, but it really does feel cut down compared to the older ones. People just don't want to play Saints Row because they need to be cool and play GRAND THEFT AUTO.
It's a fun game, but after ahwile, the only thing i found myself doing was going on rampages with cheats. So i guess I found it repetitive after ahwile.
