It sucks that none of the Xbox One gaming headsets have been released. But out of curiosity, which gaming headset are you leaning towards?

Polk Audio 4 Shot - http://www.polkaudio.com/products/4shot

Turtle Beach XO7 - http://www.turtlebeach.com/product-detail/xbox-one-headsets/ear-force-xo-seven/389

Turtle Beach XO4 - http://www.turtlebeach.com/product-detail/xbox-one-headsets/ear-force-xo-four/390

(The XO7 and XO4 are the same technology from what I read, just some cosmetic differences in the shell materials and interchangeable ear plates on the XO7 but not the X04

I've only every owned a turtle beach headset. No complaints, though I haven't tried any others to compare it to.

Well I had Pre-ordered the XO7 from Amazon but have now cancelled simply because I want to wait and see the reviews (and prices) of the Polk 4shot units.

Either way I would be happy with either the XO series or Polk, but would ultimately like a Wireless set as I don't want a pesky cable trailing across my floor.

@thenephariouson:

I know a headset can not really be "Surround Sound" but they can do the effect digitally. I wonder if either of these manufacturers are incorporating Digital surround sound into their headsets
