well, i have my 360 standing and under it is a USB fan with 2 fans.. i connect the usb to my 360 and they switch on and keep my 360 cool, shd i keep it there or move it?

I think thesafest cooling method is plenty of ventilation, though if you insist on using third party fans then make sure it is not drawing power from the 360, or it would melt it like the Nyko Intercooler

...Honestly, people exaggerate over the over heating thing. I have played up to 15 hours (and longer) without having a fan and my 360 is fine. It didn't crash on me once.

Mine overheated once but thats cause it was on all morning and in the sun

Yeah people exaggerate with this overheat problems. U should be afraid of the hardware failures. That's what happened to me didn't freeze at all and then suddenly boom ring of death
