I would say Dead Island is a must have but don't get me wrong all of the 5 are good choices. Because well...other could be a personal favorite...hehe :P
The one I will make sure I get as near to release day as possible is definitely Skyrim, but I will end up purchasing all of these unless dead island sucks...but I doubt it will. Definitely Gears of war 3 too. Skyrim and MWF3 are on about the same level too me but I might wait like a month on Call of Duty...
the game I NEED is either FFXIII-2 or tales of graces-F, also star ocean 5 was announced recently so all 3 of those i need whichever comes first. yah im a big j-rpg fan, grandia 1 is so far the only one ive ever not liked

Battlefield 3 and Skyrim are the ones I am definitely going to buy. I will probably rent the others. After seeing gameplay for Dead Island I'm not so sure it will be worth playing.
Call of Duties I have just gotten sick of. Too easy, too boring.
