After Halo 2 there were rumors about the game becoming a movie. After Halo 3 there will probably be more rumors. Do you want a movie to be made out of the game? I do and i think the movie should include all 3 games in it. I would definitely see it!

There is a game movie already. Currently it is on hold because of Funds. Peter Jackson is like heading the project. And its not a Halo 3 movie..just Halo.
There are currently STARTING, not making, a Gears of War movie. The Halo movie was under development for a I think about a half a year, but due to funds (over 300 mill!!!!), it was put on hold. Nobody knows when it will start up again. Peter Jackson and his team wanted it to be the best it could, so they made the decision to do so, not MS.
Gears movie just had its rights purchased. Halo is on hold indefinately because some of the backers pulled out due to a disagreement on how the sales would be dvided up among the backers. The project is headed up by Peter Jackson and he is still unboard. If the company is smart they will basically copy the games. Allowing them to come out with multiple sequels. And in all honesty, and my personal opininion, they should start with Halo Wars. I know it is not out yet but seriously the game is a prequel to the other three games and i hate when movies do that. Just my two cents.
