gears has more of a movie set up fo the story, a good movie with lots of swearing and a pimp black guy. Rainbow 6makes u feel like ur part of the unit and controlling alot, great story. Online though, rainbow takes the cake big time, i havent played gears online since i got r6v, it blows it away so big time
Well, it depends if you like an easy to play game then gears is better, but if your more into the intense and strategic multiplayer game then Rainbow Six is better

You like a big piece of meat eh? Eh? haha Anyways, its a tight race, but I'll go with Vegas. Gears has the better single player and coop story, but Vegas has the better multiplayer and coop other than story (terrorist hunt). I weigh MP the most, so vegas wins.

I agree. Although Rainbow Six may have more options/features, Gears just feels more satisfying. I love both games dearly but I find myself playing Gears WAY more than Rainbow Six.
I've played the R6 demo. I like both games equally. Gears is fast paced, a little less tactical (unless you're playing co-op). R6 requires you to think more. I won't compare two good games like this. They're both awesome.
