The best graphics: Gears 3 vs Crysis 2 vs MGSR

id say gears 3. Crysis 2 on consoles really dosent impress quite like crysis 1 though it does look good.

I would have to say Crysis, just because it uses Crytek Engine. Gears will probably look nice, but still be Gears, not really there for the graphics.

I think Gears 3. Crysis 2 on the comp will have better but on console it looks kinda meh and I don't think Rising will be anything special.

That's a tough one for me.. each engine has pros and cons, its ignorant to think other wise. I feel gears once the benchmarks are released with probly run the best on the console, only reason cause EPIC really is focused on the 360....

My opinion though, but an educated one just as well...

I think Crysis 2 is going to look the best. I actually think it looks better than the original, but it might not seem as nice because there aren't any water falls or jungles to show off in new york.

MGSR won't beat either.

Crysis 2 looks to be most technically impressive at this state.

But Gears 3 "looks" better in spots.

crysis 2 will be toned down so that the consoles can handle it at a steady framerate. its obvious that will happen, due to it being limited to dx10 on xbox 360 with a less powerful graphics chipset compared to, lets say a 5870 or 5970. even though a computer may have background programs, an operating system and all this extra hooplah in the background, a higher-end pc (amd 6 core, 5870, 8gb ram) is still more powerful than a 360 due to the fact that technology has advanced quite rapidly since the release of the 360, from dual cores being the top dogs to 6 cores. not saying every game is going to start to become like this. just crysis 2. as you can see, there are many systems (mainly belonging to non-enthusiasts with thousands of dollars to spare for hardware upgrades each year) that cant max crysis with a high AA and with 60 fps.yellosnolvr

Metal Gear Rising impresses me most graphic wise
