Beating the game on the hardest difficulty in any of the following games, Dead Space, CoD2/4, CoD:waw, Halo 3, Gears of War 1/2, Mass Effect, Rainbow six vegas 1/2, GRAW 1/2 and Fear 2. I guess the single achievement I'm most proud not related to beating a game on the hardest difficulty is "Zombie Genocider" (kill 53'594 zombies) in dead rising.
Lots of the Fallout 3 quests were very time consuming, sometimes taking me 4 hours *cough* tenpenny tower *cough*cough*... but i'd have to say my side quest achievements for Fallout. You sure get your money's worth with that game.
Halo Wars' Ready for the Sequel Achievement, even though the requirements aren't all that big. Mile High Club from CoD4 and Hardened War Hero from W@W.
Team MVP in Halo 3, it was my first online Multiplayer game ever (except for Quake III) and in a couple matches I won this and cause I was a young spartan I was pretty proud to get it
