So in SSFIV do you charge up your Super Combo meter or use EX moves?

I want to know what is the better strategy?

I almost never wait until the Super Combo meter is full.

I always use EX moves because a few hits with it the person life bar is half way down?

So what do you do?

I rarely get it full. Even if I do I'd rather just use EX individualy. I use Ultras way more.

EX usually because for both my characters it helps out alot more. For Chun-li, c.lk,c.lk, EXLEGS is basically a BnB combo and always helps out, and now in SSFIV it can chain into not only here first ultra but her 2nd. EX spinning bird is decent on Wakeup. plus, Chun-li's Super is really fail anyway and doesn't do enough damage to justify usage since she already has a damage buffer.

for Guy, EX foward jump allows for extended range on grab and it tracks. EX spinning kick is ok on wake, but EX roll shoulder is good to combo into as compared to Mid roll shoulder. although, his super is very easily linked into, so I may try using that in combos now.

It really depends on the character and whatever situation you're in.
