Hey Guys. I was wondering which of these two games to get, I have Xbox Live by the way. I like both free-roaming and tactical shooters like Rainbow. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
I say Crackdown. Just because it seems like a much more relaxed game than R6V. If you wanna buckle down for a war every time you play the game go for R6V, but in this case I'd say go for the fun game to play when you want to relax.
i bought both of them on tuesday (my 360 breaks go figure) but i would say if you have alot of friends on live that play R6 get that if you have a few friends online that play CD get that. play what ur friends are playin youll have more fun
yeah... R6 ftw, but theyre both a good buy as far as entertainment... to be honest, i only bought crackdown for the H3 beta.. but more than likely, its too late for that.. only comes with the first shipments of the game, so good luck trying to fins that out there.. but still worth calling around to find.. if possibleÂ
I know somewhere where I can get the first shipment of the game and all thatstuff. So im going to see if I sell some games on eBay than I can get them. So Im probly going to get them both later tommrow. Thanks
That shouldnt even be a question. Get Rainbow. Hands down. That is if you have Live.... Ever since Raibow six 3.... with Lockdown aside... Rainbow games have had the best multiplayer. In MY OPPINION i think they are better than Halo 2. But yeah... get Rainbow
I own rainbow 6 vegas and its an awesome game all over...story....split screen....online are all perfect for me.....and then we have CRAPdown.....dont get it!!!! ive rented it and played the demo....it seems very repetative and...not a good game.....if you like free roam such as saints row...or...GTA.....then dont buy crackdown hoenstly its worthless......... *Crackdown RENAMED CRAPdown*
Well... i got Crackdown a few days ago, and after 10 hours of gameplay, i had beaten all the bosses, maxed out 4 of the 5 skill's, and had 18 achivements....
I had much more fun with R6: Vegas, and the online part alone still keep me happy...
The gameplay in R6:Vegas is so much more involving, than the one in Crackdown... I mean; Story wise, the gameplay features, and the dificulty is MUCH better in R6... Crackdown is still great fun to play... but it's very much the same, over and over and over.... And after beating the bosses, there's only achivement hunting left... CHeers
Rainbow Six, hands down...It keeps you going, even though you are pissed off at it.azwildcat21

There are points where you just want to shoot Jung in the head and then take the disk out and throw it at the wall, but it's a great game that keep you interested and gets you past the irritating parts.
Crackdown is fun but R6V is probably the solid game.
Crackdown, i've been playing this game for the last 4 days and i am completely addicted and having a blast with it. Finding agility orbs will be some of the most fun *relaxing* gaming you can have. Someone earlier in the post his it spot on by saying R6:V you have to prepare for war everytime you play. Crackdown even without the beta entry code is a completely worthwhile and enjoyable game.
