i just traded mine in but i forgot my live account was still on there and saves and crap, as well cc information. do they format the drives when you trade them in?

It depends on where you traded it in...you should have at least canceled your subscription and ditched your GT before you sold it.

Yeah, it usually depends on the people who bought it. They're supposed to wipe it, but sometimes that doesn't happen.
