Question about purchasing from the store.

I currently live in the Caribbean and I imported a US Xbox One as I do with all of my consoles. My question is as a international user will I be able to buy and download games from the US store? I was going to pick up a $60 card and purchase Ryse but I don't want to waste my money if I can't use it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think they removed the region lock

Well I decided to bite the bullet and purchase Ryse and I can indeed buy and download games but I however can't watch or listen to video and music content. I can purchase it(as I learned the hard way) but I can't watch or listen to it.
