it was one of the 360 release games and its not to bad for its age. if you like doom 3 you will love it but its not in the same league as gears of war or c.o.d.4
Quake 4 was my first 360 game. Back when i had gotten it I thought it was pretty darn good.Now i would sing a different tune.It is not even comparable to Gears or say COD4.
CoD4 is probably you're best option if you own it. Quake 4 is dead, as someone has already stated. Nobody was passionate enough to stick around and create a sizeable community for it, hence it fell on it's backside. GoW or CoD4, most certainly for their online content, are the games you wanna be playing.
i liked quake 4, but you guys are forgetting one of the major bonuses, you get the full quake 2 game as well. back in the day when the internet was still relatively young quake 2 was the sh#t. before in-game server finders and gamespy 3d i remember finding a website where current q2 servers were listed. i would write the server # on a sheet of paper and then after opening the game i had to type in the server number to join a game. you had to really want to play multiplay back then to even bother with the hassle
