So, I'm wondering what kind of 360 I should buy. I plan on getting a Xbox 360 Pro 60GB. Would that be a good choice in terms of memory, price, etc.?

It definitely depends on how much you are planning on saving. If you are just going to be saving games, songs, etc then yeah a pro is fine but If you will download games, expansions, demos, and videos, etc from the market place then the elite is the way to go

The 20GB is only $259. You'll save $40.

One of the main reasons why I'm conflicted on which model to get is because I'm not sure how much memory I'll need. :? There are a bunch of downloadable games and other goodies I have my eyes on but I don't know how much space it will take.

If your going to download and (Keep) alot of shows & full games, you better go with a bigger HD. I suppose I'm not typical, but I have about 40 gs left on my 120 HD, I'll probably fill up the rest in a year.

Course, I have all 4 seasons of Lost on there plus several movies. :P

Yeah go for the 60 gig Pro, Elite is pretty useless and a different model is out of the question

I definitaly getting a 60 GB 360. I think that more memory is better even if you dont need it. So i m getting it for my birthday and i highly recommend getting Fable 2, Farcry 2, Gears of war 2, and Call of Duty WAW.

go with the 60 gb , it has more storage . it also has more cooling efficiency and less power consumption. it even has a new dvd drive. The elite is also good but i doubt you would be utilising that amount of storage any time soon.

That's impossible. They don't sell the 20gb anymore, and if they do, it's used and trust me you don't want used. Get the 60gb, because it has the perfect amount of memory, and it's a great price. When my current 360 dies, I'm getting the 60gb pro.

I paid more than the current price for the 60 Gigabyte pro for my 20 Gigabyte pro. It is definitely worth it unless you MUST have an HDMI port.

I don't see any in the store's where I live. I checked EBG, BB, and FF. The 20gb probably has the zephyr chip and not the falcon. I wouldn't risk it, I'd just get the 60gb which I will when my current one dies.

You can delete the excess BS and end up with a good 16GB.

All current 360 consoles come with HDMI ports. Only the 360 Elite actually comes with the HDMI cable in the box.

The 60g is way too much for one to handle, the 20g is the way to go. Plus there are many new exciting games comming out!

Yea that's a great choice. Don't settle for the 20gb. The extra 30 dollars is completely worth it for the 40 gb more memory. I have a 20gb 360 right now and if I want to upgrade to a 120gb hard drive it's going to cost $150. Get as much hard drive space you can possiblly get. With the upcoming ability to install games on your hard drive, it's going to be worth it.

i just bought an arcade system because my pro got the red rings of death. i just took my 120 gig hard drive off of the dead one and put it on the arcade one but i'd say the best deal would be the 60 gig.

Get the arcade. Its only $200 bucks. You can get the biggest HDD (120gb) for like $105 used on Amazon. Thats $305. 60gb Pro is $300. $5 more gets you double the space or you can buy a smaller HDD and pay even less.

I seriously don't think another Xbox will be coming out in the next 2 years, which is definitely how long it should last you.
