im not sure what this means but it may have to do with Bungie; new game which is rumored ti be announced soon. it may have to do with the rumored gears of war type squad shooter bungie is rumored to be working on...

Yeah its a game announcement. The same one they were gonna do at E3 but microsoft pulled the plug on it. I expect it to be on Thursday the 25th. (1 year ani of Halo 3) It must be set somewhere in the halo universe because the top of the message mentions the UNSC. I pretty sure bungie hasnt used the UNSC in any of their other games.
