Need help setting up individual player and teams so my kids can play against their friends.

I’m sure there must be a way but I’m getting lost in the myleague, my team thing. This is what I want to do….

1. I want my kids to be able to create a team with their friends and play other kids - all kids vs kids, no computer players….

2. I’d like the play to be based of the kids skills, not them picking a player or team that is better than another team.

3. I’d like to be able to see the history of their game play.

4. I’d like the kids to learn about strategy and working together.

5. I’d love to hear which game and even other game platforms which are best for this, I’d love to focus on something non-violent but I’m open and would be interested in hearing all feedback.

Is this possible? How do the professionals do this? Any feedback or advice would be appreciated!!
