My 360 won't play a specific game after buying 2 copies.

I bought the game saints row about a year ago, it worked fine up until a few weaks ago where i could not get into any online games, it eventually evolved into where i couldn't even get to the menu without the "This disc is unreadabl" pop up. I bought a brand new copie just yesterday and I am getting the same crap i was getting before. my 360 will read every other game, just not saints row. could somone help me out.

Yes, it is like a special disc you put into your console. It is supposed to clean the laser head. I can't say that it will work for this particular problem, but it is worth a try. It won't hurt your console to clean the laser head occasionally anyways.

OMG THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME,MY XBOX 360 IS 2 DAYS OLD,MY DISC WAS PRE-OWNED FROM GAMESTATION AND I WAS TOLD THEY CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE GAMES WORK BEFORE BUYING THEN SELLING THEM.

Actually, if you read the Xbox manual it says that you're NOT supposed to use those DVD laser cleaners. It's under the warranty section.
