Both of these games are really tempting, it makes me want to punch myself in the face for not having gamefly.

Metro was only 50$ new at the start though, and you could probably find it for even less now used. So if anybody like me has to worry about money, that would be my choice. It looks like a really good game, like if Fallout 3 had taken place in Moscow, except grittier.

Metro 2033 is quite good, has a Fallout 3 feel to it and good story( from what i've played so far ). It has a variety of weapons, in which you can buy 'upgraded' versions of. The graphics are nice, especially when outside. Some elements of the game, such as looking out for tripwires or quickly putting on you're gas mask to protect you're self from intoxicated/radiated areas give it that little extra something when fighting for you're life.

Metro 2033 doesn't deserve some of the bad reviews it's been getting, however I admit there is a few areas where they could brush up on.

Just Cause 2 is the kind of game you'd want to buy because it will keep you busy for a long time... Metro 2033 is said to be fairly short, making it a good candidate for a rental only...

Well stay away from Just Cause 2 if you didn't like the demo, but if I had to pick JC2 would be my choice. People love Metro's story, but the shooting part is apparently a bit of a let down (which is a pretty big deal in an FPS).
