madden nfl 07 team stats glitch

On Madden Nfl 07, just a few days ago, at least for me, and one other, the team statisitics changed. Good teams had lower stats and bad teams had higher stats. Can anyone explain what is going on?

You went online and downloaded the roster updates.

They updated the teams up to the current roster like always

is there anyway to undo an update, because i like the old stats better.

possibly delete all your data on madden thats the only thing i could think of and i dont even no if that will work
