Madden 08.. Not Worth It...

Yesterday, My friend came over from Tailand and he brought his Madden 08. ( He got his copy from his uncles cousin who works in the game dempartment of competation.) Andwe played it and it was TERRIBLE. Well, It really wasnt that bad but it was the exact same replica of Madden 07. So if your were thinking of buying Madden 08 Forget it and jsut go buy the exact same game ( madden 07) for 30 $ cheaper.

Although i appreciate your Opinion and Review, I still will be picking it up. They Upped the Framerate, and updated rosters are enough to lure me, being a HUGE FOOTBALL FAN, but thank you for the heads up

Yah that and NCAA Football , is pretty uch a gimme EVERY YEAR, I already plan on droppin money on Madden and NCAA

I do believe this year,from what ive heard, EA did work to change alot, and really focused on Gameplay, from what im hearing.. i think it should be pretty Tight, people are saying this May be the BEST MADDEN to date

Not really surprised. I'm sure there are minor differences, but overall I believe you on being the same thing. It's been that way from a while.

Madden is the most overrated franchise of all time, it is not bad, just overrated.

Lol FYI , Ive been getting madden games for 4 years straight and their awesome! Its jsut that 08 is basically the same as 07.. In Madden we like to say All-Pro.

well they know idiots will buy the same thing so they can keep making the same game with a diffrent name have fun wasting money :)XxSPAZxX

Oh yeah well my brothers, uncle whose sister-in-laws third aunt once removed is married to Bill Gates and is best friends with John Madden, and she gave me a copy and it is AWESOME... Bill on the other hand hasnt yet gottnen around to giving my brothers, uncle whose sister-in-laws third aunt once removed a copy of Halo 3 ye, but she told me her husband would bring it to personally tomorrow.

ya same here i have been gettin them since 2000 also, if there is one game you can bet that i am going to get every year it is this, madden really is the ultimate sports game, best one made. THATS MY opinion!

It actually looks pretty ill to me, from all the previews I read they added some stuff that will make it a much deeper, more realistic game than last year's. Can't wait to see the new animations and stuff....

Plus, NCAA 08 is an absolute blast, so if Madden is anything at all like it(Which you know it will be) I'll definately be happy with it.
