Is There Going To Be A Gears Of War 3?

Hey I have gears of war one and two and think they are freaking awesome, so I was wondering if there was going to be a gears of war 3. (I hope so)

I believe that Epic wants to release the next Gears on the next Xbox. But that might be a long ways off, they might just make it for the 360.

Gow 2 was... words can not explain the feeling. A game I never want to play by myself but with a friend. Gow 2 defines co-op perfection in a game with a great story and gameplay elements. I sadly never played the original but if they make the 3rd one as good as the second was, i't s a mustbuy for everyone.
