xmas is comming up next month and he wonts a 360. im not sure if my parents can afford 1 for him. i have a wii and 360 but shall i keep both or give him the 360 and just get cod 5 for the wii and other games help me out peeps

that's weird...most people i knew with siblings just shared their consoles. Either way, why not let other, probably wealthier, relatives, parents, etc worry about getting him a console, and you just give him a couple of games?
Just share the freaking thing. You guys don't need the exact same system. If he was smart, he'd want a PS3 so that you would have all of the next-gen systems, along with games like Motorstorm and Little BIGplanet. And to be clear, I don't favor the PS3. It's good, but it's no 360.
I share my 360 with my 13 year old brother and he shares his Wii with me, although I hardly play on it because the 360 is too awesome to bother with the Wii. If I notice that games are scratched or controllers are a bit dodgy then I tell him that if he doesn't look after my things,i simply won't let him play on it. You should teach your bro to look after other people's things. Why bother buying him one when you can have multiple profiles on one 360 anyway?
If you give away your 360, lol, I give you 2 weeks before you get bored to DEATH with the Wii and its party games. Keep the 360. Atleast if you get bored it becomes a telephone with your friends/ mp3 player. But you shouldnt get bored, free demos anyway.
