How to change XBLA log in e-mail?

How do you change it? I just went to log in to xbox.com and I got an error message saying that there has been too many incorrect recent log-ins so I'm guessing somebody is trying to get into my account, so how would I go about changing that? I've looked around the Xbox website once I was able to log in, but I couldn't find anything.

Call Microsoft and verify who you are and then have it taken care of from there.

If someone is trying to get into your account calling them and letting them know is a good first measure

No, I said I was finally able to log on. The only reason I wasn't able to was because of too many incorrect log-ins over a short period of time. That's why I want to change my e-mail.get-some-pie

Ok, so once you log in on the xbox page just go to contact information, it's the third choice in the grey box to your right

I tried that, but it doesn't change your log-in email.
