GH has about 15-20 more songs, though the guitar parts in GH3 are harder yet more satisfying than the guitar in RB. I started out GH3 on hard and am working my way up to expert on most songs, while in RB I started playing on expert and there are only a few songs which still escape me. In owning both games I would say I prefer GH3 for the guitar part, but you can't beat the multiplayer in RB, especially with 3 friends in the room.
