If you had the power to alter anything to do with the 360, what would it be? My thing would probably be to make gamerscore points expendable, to get like gamer pics and backgrounds and stuff like that :P
I'd like to see a web browser on either the 360 or the next Microsoft console. I'm actually posting this from my PS3 at work. It comes in handy when I dont bring my laptop in but want to check something quick online. Besides, this is Microsoft, software is their speciality.
I would want to have a much quieter 360 and not having to install games to make it so. However, the BIGGEST thing I would change is the d-pad on the controller. I would probably toss on the playstation d-pad, exchange it out, then the 360 controller would be perfect.
Punishments for the annoying racists and overall ****s on xbox live. Seriously pay a few gamers to play and they'll report so many people.. Though obviously mature people that know what crossing the line is. I would literally pay an extra $20 a year to have a better community overall. So many games get ruined by immature brats.
Needs a better controller; its terrible for fighting games. Pretty decent for everything else, but it should be good for all games. More specifically, it just has a terrible d-pad.
Blu ray, the 360's's so called "hi-definition", it's like rubbing dirt in my eyes, but other then that, a built in keg wouldn't hurt, I mean come on Microsoft, do I have to duct tape my 360 to a keg myself?
Quieter, more reliable, mouse and keyboard support, a good web browser ('though I'd even put up with MS exploder) and the ability to use any external harddrive instead of a disgusting £120 for the 120gb m$ one.

The storage medium for games has nothing to do with their resolution. Almost all multiplat games are 720p anyways so you're getting the same HD from a DVD as you would from a Blu-Ray. For movies it's another story and I agree, Blu-Ray would be nice.
