That seems kinda shady. How do you get "Setting up a whole page for a game that 'doesn't exist'," mixed up with "Alerting people about the games release". So either HMV has very unqualified workers, or they slipped up and let information be known that Konami didn't want to leak out, atleast for now. Just a theory.

A rumor is a rumor and I'll believe it when I see it. That being said, it's still a pretty odd rumor to not only be taking money for the 360 version, but also to have a release date five months after the PS3 version. HMV's excuse is also pretty odd. Calling it an admin error and saying that someone was supposed to be setting up the page 'in case' it happens. Fishy. Either HMV let the cat out of the bag early and got reprimanded for it (by Sony I presume) or the whole thing was a scam to get attention. Could go either way, IMO, but it doesn't seem to be a 'simple mistake'.
