HDMI XBOX question please help

ok I have the arcade xbox 360 with the hdmi port. I also have an hdmi tv now my question is what hdtv settings should I use so that I can get the most out of my xbox. Is it the Optimal Resolution setting or the 1080i setting please help me asap

Native resolution is best. If your TV is a 720p but 1080i is selectable as well, go with 720p because it's your native resolution. My HDTV is a 720p, but in the Xbox 360 settings, it allows me to select 1080i. Picture quality looked better in 720p. In 1080i, there were more jaggies.Elann2008

YES - if your TV is 720p then select 720p on your 360.
