Has MW2 beaten Halo 3 as the king of multiplayer games on 360?

MW2 is currently the most played game on 360, it has been out since November. Halo 3 is in second, but it has been out for 2 and a half years and has been number 1 for a long time. We all know that if there was no Halo 3 there would be no MW2 and that MW2 is newer and has better graphics and whatever. But at the end of the day which game is better as a multiplayer? The realistic modern game or the older sci-fi legend? I think that Halo 3 is better but that is just me.

If this is true, then Reach will come out and hold the 360 for the next 5 years and then Xbox 3rd Helix will come out featuring whatever thing Activision can pump out now that Infinity Ward is basically all but dead.

Halo 3 is more fun than both CoD4 and MW2. However, expect Reach to topple all of the games played when it releases.

Personal opinion. MW:2.

However I really don't think there is a 'King'. Both are equally as good for differing reasons. It's all down to personal taste.

As much as i love halo, no i dont think so. I had more fun playing mw2 than playing the reach beta. Then again it is just a beta so................

well, the thing that annoys me about halo 3 is that you need ALL the DLC for some match types, so i cant play action sack unless i bought all the DLC, and i cant play matches like Headquarters and Search & Destroy, but all the halo fanboys (who you see in this thread) would disagree
