Hey i was just wonderin who was all goin to the midnight release for halo 3. i sure as hell am i cant wait to play this game!! also whos al taking off schol to play this game, also doing this.

I have work the following day after working evenings that night. It just won't be possible. The hype has me so drained I almost don't even want to play the game any more :shock: I'm sure I'll get it. I'll probably wait till after I see some reviews and player feedback.

I am :D don't have to work until wedn night, and since I work graves 6pm-6am all-nighters are no prob for me.

Actually this is my first time attending a midnight release to pick up a game..what an experience. I really hope the gamestop i'm going too does this smart so i'm not spending hours in lines behind kids with free time to camp out. I purchased in full thinking maybe their will be different lines, one paid in full and other just deposit and need to pay more. This way i can just show receipt and get out.

My college night classes end at 10pm so I'm going by the nearby waffle houseto grab some hot chocolate since I think it will be in the low 40's that night. Then I'm going to the gamestop, where I got it fully reserved and paid for. When I get there, I am gonna set up a lawn chair and wait for about two hours until midnight. Gonna be a good wait. I am psyched. What should I do for two hours if there is no one to talk to? Please remember though, I am restricted to my lil' 3-by-3 space.

It's funny everyone I know, including me used to LOVE Halo 1 and 2 and played it constantly, hours upon hour but somehow Halo 3 has lust that buzz it looks quite similar to Halo 2, it seems like Halo 3 is largely a new fan base; anyone else see this trend?
