Play.com have listed the release date for Halo 3 as April!!! Is this true? Amazon still have it up as November???

I heard it releases sometime within the next 2 monthes, the beta was just to see how many people were interested. To see if they would make as much profit as they would in November.

somehow i dont believe this, i feel it would be funny though for all the poeple that bought crackdown just for the beta even though i feel its a good game. But i highly doubt its coming in april there really be no point sales wise like there would be in november

I think its wrong of Microsoft to plug Crackdown with the Halo 3 Beta if they are planning on releasing it soon anyway. I think there may be some backlash! I dont care, its all good for the gamer at the end of the day. I thought Crackdown was pretty good really!

bungie already stated that its coming in the fall of 2007. they are the ones that make the game so im sure that its not gonna be ready until they say. amazon and all those others can say whatever day they want but it never makes it true. Look towards fall probably november, if you dont believe me then go to www.bungie.net

It would be rather good to have the summer drought filled with Halo 3 multiplayer madness but these things have tended to be November.

Yeah, it's definitely not coming out in April. Maybe July at the very very earliest.

Considering that all the videos we've seen are ALPHA's and that soon the BETA test is coming out, I am sure that the game isn't even close to being done.
