It seems like Microsoft may be unveiling a new Halo 3 expansion fairly soon at the PAX expo. When Microsoft gave it's schedule, it had 2 "surprise" showings to unveil and this looks like one of them. According to Addictgaming and the picture shown below, Halo 3's multiplayer is listed as 1.1 and in the picture there is a 1.2 on the bottom which may mean this is going to be a larger update to the multiplayer feature.
