Good game 2 get

I already own/ have played: NBA 2K7, GEARS OF WAR, CoD 3, R6V, GRAW 2, NCAA FOOTBALL 07, FIGHT NIGHT ROUND 3

I was going to go rent a game tomorrow and I wasn't sure if there was a certain game i have been missing that i should try.

Or if there isnt at the moment when the next great game is coming out that i should wait for.
