Rockband, Fusion Frenzy, and some really crappy XBLA games...
If you think about it every game could be 4 player co-op. All you need is 3 other people there helping YOU play. One person has the guide open and tells you what to do, another makes ideas to help cool your 360 so you can play for that 24 hour period, and then the last person can help keep you sane because if you played for 24 hours (if you play 24 hours the way i am talking about atleast) you may want to go kill someone or youself....
There are probably more games, but honestly i bet almost none of them are good or fun. Hell Fusion Frenzy isn't fun....
EDIT: Also technically i guess you could consider Fuzion Frenzy to be co-op because i think you can go through the "story" mode with 4 other people (By the way "Story" mode i think is just the same thing as multiplayer). I won the game from that Xbox contest, gain 1500 GP, and you win some crap thing a long time ago... i sold it..... quickly....... So i have pretty much forgotten if there was something even called a "story" mode, but i think there was.... hopefully...
